Video Editor
Abu Alnaga Development | Dubai – Full TimeAbu Alnaga Development is seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
Requirements:
3–5 years of proven experience as a Video Editor; real estate experience is a strong plus.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and other editing tools.
Motion Graphics experience is an advantage.
Strong creativity, attention to detail, and storytelling skills.
Experience with real estate videography or drone footage is a strong plus.
A professional portfolio showcasing previous work is required.
Senior Accountant
Abu Alnaga Development | Dubai – Full TimeAbu Alnaga Development is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably within the real estate development or construction industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
3–5 years of relevant experience; real estate development or construction experience is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Odoo, or similar).
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Professional certifications (CPA, CMA) are a plus.
Senior HR
Abu Alnaga Development | Dubai – Full TimeAbu Alnaga Development is looking for a professional and highly organized Senior HR Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience, preferably within the real estate development or construction industry.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
Oversee payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
Support organizational planning, job structuring, and workforce development.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports and support management with insights and recommendations.
Lead employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace culture.
